La formation en conduite de changement a été dispensée à 30 employés de la SMMC, les 17,18 et 19 janvier 2022, par la KENTIA FORMATION.

Nous entendons par changement, le processus orienté vers un objectif précis par lequel, les collaborateurs essaient d’améliorer structures et déroulement sur les plans personnels, techniques et financiers, afin de : – réaliser des objectifs de développement et projets propres à l’organisme
– s’adapter à des changements internes ou externes
– repousser des limites et apprendre sur eux-mêmes et sur leur environnement.

Change management training was provided to 30 SMMC employees on January 17, 18 and 19, 2022, by KENTIA TRAINING.

We understand by change, the process directed towards a specific objective by which the collaborators try to improve structures and progress on the personal, technical and financial levels, in order to: – achieve development objectives and projects specific to the organization
– adapt to internal or external changes
– push boundaries and learn about themselves and their environment.
