The 19th Promotion of the CEDS (Centre d’Etudes Diplomatiques et Stratégiques), officially known as Samuel RAKOTONDRABE, and the Grand Cercle of the CEDS organized a Forum entitled “DINIKASA HO AN’NY TARANAKA” at the Conference Room of PACT Toamasina, last Friday, as part of the Lohataona University. The Forum focused on “The Rule of Law, Territoriality and the Responsibility of the Malagasy Elites for Future Generations”.
In the afternoon, a courtesy visit was made by the group of listeners, led by Mr. Solofo RASOARAHONA, President of the Grand Cercle of the CEDS, to the General Manager of SMMC, Mr. Niriko TSIRENGE
📍 At the same time, they were able to participate in an enriching and constructive exchange, which gave them the chance to understand and discuss in greater depth how the General Manager manages SMMC, the challenges related to COVID-19, and the impact of his decisions on the future.

La 19ème Promotion du CEDS (Centre d’Etudes Diplomatiques et Stratégiques), baptisée Samuel RAKOTONDRABE, et le Grand Cercle du CEDS ont organisé un Forum intitulé “DINIKASA HO AN’NY TARANAKA” dans le cadre de l’Université Lohataona le vendredi dernier, à la Salle de Conférence du PACT Toamasina. Le Forum avait pour thème “L’Etat de Droit, la Territorialité et la Responsabilité des Elites Malagasy pour les générations futures”.
Une visite de courtoisie est effectué dans l’après-midi, par le groupe d’auditeurs, dirigé par Monsieur Solofo RASOARAHONA, Président du Grand Cercle du CEDS, auprès du Directeur Général de la SMMC, M. Niriko TSIRENGE
📍 Par la même occasion, ils ont pu participer à un échange enrichissant et constructif, qui leur a donné la chance de comprendre et de discuter plus en profondeur de la façon dont le Directeur Général gère la SMMC, des défis liés au COVID-19, et de l’impact de ses décisions sur l’avenir.
